Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I am delighted to know that you are pleased with the quality of your playhouse and the your child is very happy with their new toy! I am sure they will have many happy years of use from it. We do have to manufacture these with the gap around the door to adhere to regulations and preventing children from trapping fingers.
