Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Delivery time good had to help unload!

Polite and efficient service but two people on your delivery truck would have saved me lifting heavy boxes off the truck with your driver, resulting in many days of pain from back injury reactance!

All of our deliveries are a one man delivery service and our drivers are fully trained with regards to manual handling and do have a delivery truck to help them. I'm sorry if you felt the need to help, our driver assures us this was not requested. Nevertheless, our driver has been spoken to by the Logistics Manager to ensure he actively prevents other customers attempting to help in the future. There were storage blocks to protect the shed panels. Unfortunately the delivery process ignored these blocks.
