Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very disappointing, still waiting for delivery date after nearly 4 weeks

Repeatedly emailed regarding order placed nearly four weeks ago. Still waiting for confirmation of delivery date. Only hear from Walton's if I email them. No proactive customer care from them.
