Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent value for money

Excellent after sales service. Had a couple of problems, very quickly rectified without hesitation. Instructions could be better, but are understandable. Very satisfied with quality of product.

delivery was on time and good service from delivery person, shed had not been finished well ,lots of nails sticking out and slats broken
