Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The product was ok for the price paid (£54) and the delivery chap was very pleasant. However, I understand the delivery charge was an additional £30. I also understand the product source was Biggar...

We are based just outside Nottingham so the additional charge is for the extra courier (based in Biggar) that we use to deliver all of our Scottish orders, we also have a minimum order value for free delivery of £100 so this explains the extra £9.99 I can only apologise if this wasn't clear enough during checkout.
