Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

AWFUL SERVICE STAY AWAY

Panels were cracked as screws has gone through in all weird directions. Floor panels didn’t meet in the middle so had to get new wood to make an extra floor. Customer service staff and management...

Nice playhouse but requires a lot of work and additional wood to complete.
