window woudnt fit gap bettween roof and sids which we had to fil splitwood

i expected a good shed but what igot was not split wood walls so thin than daylight was coming through gap between roof and sides windows would not shut

Good Morning, Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry you found the staff member difficult to deal with upon reporting your issues, all our staff should be sympathetic and understanding regardless of circumstances. I have done a review of your account and case history and the images provided of the issues you faced. I can see numerous build errors. The instructions had not been followed and the transport blocks had been left on during the erection, creating numerous gaps around the building. I can see we advised we would not be able to help further due to the building not being constructed as per the instructions. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Kind Regards Toni

Hi Caroline, Thank you for your valued review. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the building you have received. Having looked into this further we do advise that we must allow a few mm either side for tolerance within the building. Tolerance is for the expansion and contraction of the timber, this is to allow for weather changes. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks Toni

I did not receive any instructions to build this, parts were missing and warped. It measures 6 inches smaller than advertised not a couple of mm for expansion. The doors are 2 inches short and an inch to wide to be able to close them. This is too much to allow a couple of mm for expansion.
