I know its kerbside delivery. thats not my point. He was on his own and dropped it and broke the bottom of the T & G protected by the temp travel bar. the driver hid the broken part behind the others he stacked against our fence. the same standard of sheds could been bought more cheaply elsewhere. you are trading on your good name; we expected better quality. like it said I may be old but I'm still a carpenter and repaired this. BUT I shouldn't have needed to. your firm has made me very angry and i'll warn others of the poor quality. the gun nails looked like they'd been shot in by a rank amateur who didn't care.
