I have taken a look through your case and can see that you requested a handle from us, this building does not come with a handle as per the building specifications, I apologise if this was not made clear to you from the offset. Our opinion as the purchaser is that the Summer House could never be rated as good quality but as stated it is acceptable for the cost. Our main issue was the unprofessional and aggressive attitude of the customer service manager - who wouldn’t listen and was proved wrong after we spoke to a senior member of staff who did our issue within minutes.

Thanks Abbie for responding. My number is 07717805137. I am not sure rectification is really necessary . Hopefully some of the issues can be improved. The biggest disappointment was the poor quality windows, if you improve , perhaps send me some new ones? Stay safe

Thanks for your response once again Joseph, we will certainly take your comments on board. We do not currently have any plans to use a different material for the windows of this product, we do require you to ensure you silicon the windows into the frame so that the styrene is secure and stable on the building, this is one of the last steps on the instruction manual for your reference.
