I have taken a look at your order and can see that you have not contacted us to advise of your issues with the building, so we were not aware of your concerns. I have also spoken with the installer who erected your building, and he advised no concerns and issues were reported to him either. Good Morning Andrew, I am very sorry to hear that you feel the service/building is not satisfactory, please accept our sincerest apologies for this. I can see that we have sent many emails with how to combat this, and as much advice as we possibly can offer regarding the natural characteristics of timber such as warping, expansion, and contraction. We have also provided you with storm braces for you to use, which, once they are used correctly, will shift the boards back into a suitable place, and pull the boards in together.
