Please accept our sincerest apologies for this, I am very sorry to hear you do not feel the service was adequate. It does state on our website that we are kerbside delivery only, and if they get to the property before 7am they are not permitted to knock on the property door due to noise. We do have a current lead time the moment that we have to adhere to, of course, we will get the part out to you as soon as we possibly can!
