Hi Kate, Thanks for your honest feedback, as advised your case has already been with our directors for review. We are sorry we failed to recognise the issue, but once we were fully aware of the situation with the building you purchased we offered to supply parts which are due for delivery on the 24/06 and a gesture of goodwill of £50 as an apology from Mercia for your issues. I can see all communication and notes regarding your order have been apologetic and sincere, we are sorry you felt this was not the case, I have been present for most calls with my team as we work in the same office and can state that each call you have received an apology for your issues. Payment and delivery very good. Summer house looks lovely but needed a little bit of improvement as some wood bar's was broken. It was not a problem for us.
