Wrong item malarkey...

Delivery chap was great, on time and very respectful of property. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong shed, it had been 'picked' incorrectly. Then I had the ping pong email with customer service...

Look elsewhere, don't waste your money here!!

Wood was soaking wet and warped. The knots in the wood were falling out of the panels, leaving holes everwhere. The screws were cheap soft ones that chewed up.The instructions weren't as clear as...

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I cannot see that you have ever contacted our customer service team about any issues with your building. The buildings are stored outside and transported on open back vehicles, if it rains, the building will be wet. Knots are a completely normal characteristic in timber.
