Disappointed with the delay

The vehicle arrived but the driver then discovered that my delivery was not on the vehicle. The delivery has been re-scheduled so I should get it next time.

Shocking

Rotten after a few months, treated the summerhouse as per instructions yet nobody wants to know anything about our issues. Clearly 10 year rot guarantee is non existent like the customer service....

Hi Thanks for the review. We’re sorry you encountered issues with our product. We have passed your images onto protek (Manufacturer of the Clear and Gold oak treatment used) for further investigation who have confirmed the black marking is actually UV damage and not rot. They have suggested these needs rubbing down and a further application of treatment applying, this is in line with the information supplied by our team to you previously. With regards to your issue with the door handles going rusty, we’re really sorry about this, our external ironwork is tested to 500 continuous salt spray hours, we’d be more than happy to send out some replacements. We’ll reach out to you to arrange the replacement ironwork.
