We ordered the 20’ x 10’ she’d and no felt was supplied with the shed. Customer service were very good to ship out the felt within 2 days.

Hi Lisa We're really sorry that on this occasion our delivery driver failed to complete the order and was missing the felt. I can see from your notes on the order that this was raised and sent out to you on an express delivery to ensure you wasn't waiting long for the felt. We apologise this was missing from the delivery and this has been escalated internally to ensure we improve next time round.
