Online service was fine. You pay a lot for delivery and they refuse to deliver to a safe place other than on the drive, where cars go and causing obstruction. When asked if they could help to put it...

Hi, Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry our driver was unable to carry the item to the desired delivery location. It does look like the items in in the Garden from the PDA images. As a one man delivery service items are handballed of the van at the front of the property, this is stated prior to booking delivery. Poor delivery experience

Only part of my order was delivered. I had the workperson booked and here to build yhe shed. It wasted his days work and he has no availability for some weeks now
