Arrived on time as promised. Delivery driver phoned to say he was on his way and as nobody was home he phoned again once he had left the bulk bags where I had asked him to.

Terrible service, been promised a refund on three separate occasions and one has still yet to materialize after 10 working days. Will not be using BSO again.
