Very good, including receiving a phone call saying stock information had been incorrect and checking that a 1 day later delivery would not be an issue (which it wasn't)

Telephone ordering was very good, only let down by the fact the operator did not initially know that delivery was free, but quickly corrected. I would be happy to make further orders.

BSO prices are now competitive (seemed pricey in the past) and what I really liked is that you could select a delivery date (not many building web sites let you specify a specific day).
