Would have been excellent if you could have at least told me if delivery was am or pm. "between 8 and 5" is really not helpful

USE "BUILDING SUPPLIES R US" they are cheaper and unlike these tin pot operators they give you a service.
I have had to file a dispute for a refund after they sent me a damaged item then refused to replace it and was very rude and ignorant.
They are a tin pot set up with a website that is very misleading as they are in a small industrial unit and not a builders merchant as they try to perceive.
The some 40000 items are what other merchants have so consequently do not expect a good service as they are only customers of these other real merchants.

One man band tin pot drop ship company so do not expect next day as they do not have any stock and only rely on the proper merchants that hold stock.
Rude and very ignorant childish director.

Under normal circumstances we'd happily replace a window if it was dispatched damaged, unfortunately as you keep failing to mention you have installed the product then reported damage, we cannot replace a damaged window if it has been fitted.
