Ordering was straightforward however delivery was late. When ordered I was told that delivery would be Wednesday, the product didn't arrive until Friday.

I agreed a price of £408 in a chat conversation online. I was told I would be called in 5 minutes, in which I received a call 10 minutes later, only to be told I would have to pay £426 if I wanted...
