Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into this we can see that the delivery was delayed by 1 working day which again we can only apologize for. As you will have seen from the tracking information the goods were scheduled for the correct date and were late due to the courier rather than ourselves which we did apologize for at the time of speaking with you.

I ordered through the website and it was all very easy. Unfortunately my parcels were not delivered within the first week and I needed to contact BSO customer care, who were very helpful.
