Thank you for your feedback. We would like to point out that the use of 0844 numbers is not illegal in any way. In line with the latest Regulations we also supply existing customers with an 020 number. With regard to your order we did make you aware that the product arrived into us late, we even offered to deliver the product on the Saturday but as you couldn't wait the extra day we refunded you in full immediately.

We can see from the e-mail conversations between yourslef and BSO that you did select the day of delivery but you accidently selected the incorrect date. Unfortunately by the time you contacted us to inform us of this mistake your order had already been despatched so therefore we were unable to change this date.
We were more than happy to receive these goods back but if you have received the correct items un-damaged but you still wish to return them then the return delivery cost is to be covered by yourself.
