Any time you are left waiting for a game to despatch you receive payback points from us. These can be used in a number of different ways on our site. From bonus game rentals to discounts off purchases. You can even save them and use them towards a free rental month.

I've reviewed your account and I'm glad to know you think the service is good.
We are many customer ranging from our value 1 package right up to our Priority 4 package and we cater to all of their requests for games.
Having your rental preferences set to top choice can also sometimes slow your service down when other game in your list are in stock. I reccomend if you have more than 10 games in your list to set it to Top5.
We review our wait times for games on a daily basis and if need to we will awalys get more games for any long dealys.
If you are ever left waiting for a game to despatch you will receive payback points which can be used in a number of different ways on our site. From bonus game rentals, discounts from purchases and even saved up for a free rental month.
