I'm really sorry to hear that you've felt you had to cancel your account with us.
I have sent serveal personal emails to try assist you with this issue but so far have had no response.
After reviewing your account your rental preferences were set to Top Choice which can sometimes slow down your service as the system will only look to despatch the top game in your list even if others are in stock.
We have the wait time indicators for customers to give them an idea of a wait for a game and to help make a decision on the order or their list.
Anytime you are left waiting for a game to despatch you receive payback points which can be used to rent bonus games, discounts from purchases or saved for a FREE rental month.

All our customers can see exactly how much they've saved with us on their account page and its a lot of money.
On average a new release game costs £40-£50, where as you could pay £9.99 to rent it from us. Play it, send it back and we'll send you out another game all in the same month.
