We try to make our customer service of 'the highest standard' and this also applies to returns. We provide accurate information on products and their dimensions so that customers have all the information they need to choose the right bin, but if a product isn't what you were expecting we will give every assistance to help get the package back to us as economically but safely as possible. The Hailo bin is great for smaller households and we think that for a steel dual compartment bin it represents good value. It was unfortunate that your bin arrived damaged, but transit damage does occasionally happen. In normal use the bin doesn't dent. Jane
