We have this information on our website concerning the delivery timeframe. Generally, international orders can take 2–4 weeks to be delivered. This looks like a difference in dye lot and possibly a difference in the mill used. If you have not used the cone from this order you can send it back to us. Unfortunately we may have to change suppliers occasionally on some of our products. However, a new dye lot can also make a difference. We hope this helps.
