Shocking…never again
Very poor service. Sent incorrect item..still had to pay postage for delivery and return…and no refund received. Will never use this company again.

Sorry to hear this. I have looked into this and can see that customer services have communicated via email. Can see you have requested a full refund once we receive this. We can send you a pre paid label via email. Please email us on info@voijeans.com

Thanks for the response. You never advised you could provide return label. And as I wanted this dealt with quickly I have already paid and returned. Due to your error in sending incorrect item, a full refund, together with compensation of at least ÂŁ3.20 to cover return would be acceptable.
