I have contacted you email numerous times to return those products, I had to personally send the products to you and have not received no confirmation of you saying you have the product. Communication is poor and you have my money and I have no products to show for it

Hi Ryan, I believe this has now been resolved following the email you have sent us today on the 19/08/2021. I can see that your order has now been refunded and the money will be in your account within 3-5 working days. As our warehouse and offices do not operate over a weekend your return only arrived back with us on 17/08/2021.
