Quick delivery
Bought a tracksuit and was told would be a couple of weeks for delivery but as for Xmas wasnt worried - arrived a couple of days later - excellent! Item as described also.

Thank you for your review Debbie, I have looked into your order account and can see that a refund was processed on 22/09/2021 for you, please note that this can take 3-5 working days to reach your account. Once you post your parcel back to us it can take 3-4 working days for royal mail to deliver to us then it can take our team 2-3 working days (excluding weekend and bank holidays) to process these and even longer in busy seasonal times. Sorry for any inconvenience with the time scale.

Sorry to hear this, I have checked our inboxes and I can see an email was sent out to you on 06/09/2021 advising you of a system error and if we did not hear from you within 24 hours a refund would automatically be processed, this email may of gone to your spam/junk. There are notes on the system that our team also tried to call the number on your account with no luck.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused and apologises that you have not had the best experience following our system error.
