Despite repeated assurances that my refund is being dealt with, I have now been waiting over a week for a refund of the customs duties that I paid twice. It's not clear why Woolovers refuse to reimburse me directly, since I purchased from them, not from the shipping company.

Now the delivery company Spring are claiming that the fault lies with Canada Post for charging me the duties again, despite the fact that there was NOTHING on the exterior of my parcel to indicate that duties had already been paid.
