Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good Morning, thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel yet. The delivery time for our standard international delivery service is usually 10 working days, however this is an approximate estimate based on the average delivery time from Royal Mail. We do have to allow 20 working days before a parcel can be deemed as missing, so if the parcel is not received by November 7th then please let us know and we will organize this for you.
