Not happy at all !

Service was rubbish ! Ordered a box of wine to be delivered before Christmas, Parcelforce would not leave the wine in a safe place/post office because of Wickhams guidelines ! Have to have photo ID...

I'm sorry that we where unable to deliver this to you. As we sell alcohol we operate a Challenge 25 policy. This means our couriers will ask to see photo ID if the recipient looks under 25 before they hand over goods. As you have not received the ordered wine we have refunded your purchase in full.
