Wickhams good, Royal Mail bad.

Wickhams seem to be good, but as they use Royal Mail I haven't received my wine yet. I recommend they change delivery suppliers to improve their customer service.

Hi Richard, I understand that the industrial action from Royal Mail is very frustrating, especially if it delays receiving wine for an event, party or special day. We are looking at alternative carriers, but we use Royal Mail/Parcelforce as they offer an ID check service when they drop off the wine and no other courier has this service.

Wrong wine sent

I received this parcel a week ago and have just opened to see that it the wrong wine. My order number #7952 was for 2019 Orange Wine, and I've recieved Huxbear classic sparkling as the picture...

I bought World's Favourite Wine Selection as a gift, I've got what I ordered and the delivery was fast. I can't really complain. :-) -1⭐ Because there is no leaflet about the wines.
