Solid start for a new member.

Very pleasant and helpful , speedy with your response. The only time there was a problem which cost you a star was when I applied to join, it took a very long time to open an account from your end.

The staff were pleasant, polite, helpful and efficient. There was a stumbling block with the transaction I wanted but they persevered and eventually it was sorted out satisfactorily
