Bad password reset and security issues for online accounts

I requested the reset password email at least 10 times, never received it. I clicked on contact us page, it doesn't tell me how to contact viator to reset password. Then I keep trying to log in like...

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had a problem using the password reset function.This could be due to a new security feature we now have in place. Accounts are being locked for 24 hours after numerous failed attempts to login. This can also block the account from requesting a password reset. After the 24 hour period is over, you can attempt to reset your password again.
