Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your frustration in not being able to complete your tours as intended due to them being cancelled by the suppliers last minute. This tour operator allows us to sell this product with instant confirmation to our customers. At the time your booking was made, the tour was available, however on this occasion the tour sold out before the supplier could process your booking, since the booking was made less than 24 hours before the actual scheduled tour time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we have confirmed you have been issued a full refund. A separate email has been sent to you in regards to this matter. Last minute cancellations are not a standard practice with any of our tour operators, and suppliers are required to provide adequate notice for any sold out tours or activities. We will be addressing your concerns directly with our supplier and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our system was designed with the utmost flexibility in mind, and we are disappointed that our online booking service did not meet your full expectations on this occasion. We do see that this Private Transfer - Paris (CDG) to Paris City Centre service is only for transport from CDG (Charles de Gaulle Airport). This is the reason why there is no drop down menu for pick up sites, since the pick-up is only from one location. The supplier requires that you advise the time your flight is scheduled to arrive in order to properly arrange your pick up. These details can be added in the special requirements during booking, or you can call the supplier at the number provided on your confirmation voucher. The drop off, however, can be at various hotels in the Paris City Centre. I hope this information is helpful to you.
