I am sorry to hear that you experienced some delay in receiving your doors.
Looking at your order I can see that the doors you chose were a product manufactured in the Far East. Unfortunately the lead times on our stock product from the Far East can be extended due to the volume of product on order and the time it takes to ship the product.
Normally product like this would be readily available, so I am sorry to hear that you have been affected by our stock lead times.
I will pass your concerns on to our Purchasing Manager.

I did not find the advice given regarding front doors very helpful or proactive.
I felt that the staff in the Northolt branch were arrogant.
