Good Morning Thanks for the feedback which I will pass on to the Branch Manager. I have had a look into your order and cannot see any notes regarding your issue over the returning of a door. Our normal return procedure on stocked product would be to accept the return and credit the customer so long as this was done within 1 month from the date of the sale. (in store purchases only).
