Good Morning Thanks very much for the feedback. We are very sorry for the delays and frustrations you have experienced when purchasing these products. Not that this is in anyway an excuse, but these particular doors took 18 months to be delivered from the manufacturer, which is significantly longer than 1st indicated to us or expected by us. I am sorry that our communication to you was not good enough and will ask that the Branch Manager provide our Door Experts with the feedback that is due. Many thanks once again for the feedback. Good Morning Many thanks for your feedback. As a supplier of bespoke made to measure products like the ones you purchased, on rare occasions we experience extended delivery times from the mills. This is not an excuse for the frustrations you have been subject to and I will pass your thoughts on to our Purchasing Manager to feedback to the manufacturer.
