We try our best to make the requirements of the offer as easy to understand as possible. In this case the offer email did state "Simply add your seed packets and tin to the basket to activate the offer." I appreciate this was a simple mistake to make and in order to resolve this matter for you I have sent you an email directly to advise the action taken.

We strive to provide a wide selection of both plants and seeds but regrettably due to the effects of the pandemic and Brexit supply of some products have been affected, we can only apologise for this. We still have a vast variety of seeds available to purchase and if there is a particular item that is not currently available please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team directly and we may be able to offer further information as to when we are due to receive further stock.
