The process was excellent and I received my documents right on time. The only reason I have not awarded a 5 is that I feel quoting a "lunar month" rate is a little misleading and some may not...

The lunar monthly premiums are taken over the course of 13 months; we do have a calendar monthly payment option over 12 months, but the premium is slightly higher. Over the policy the total works out the same.

We hope you don't need to claim but if you do, we have no doubt it would be a 5 star service.
