Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Cheaper price than "Pet Insurance" but the same Company!

I cannot rate correctly as it's only if I have to make a claim will I find out how good they are. The price was good though, and interesting they are £120 cheaper than my "Pet Insurance" renewal.......

Hi Tom Thank you for your reply. If it's the new face of Pet Insurance .co.uk, why such a big difference in the price I have paid now (£82) compared to the renewal with Pet Insurance. co.uk for around £210. I know the policies are slightly different but not enough to make such a big difference in price. Regards Paul Croucher

We have looked at different cover levels on offer and are able to provide a cheaper premium; there is also introductory discount to take into consideration.

We're sorry to hear about this. We note you emailed us to state the payments details are from a joint account but we explained the name provided does not match yours. We have not received a reply to our email of 15th July, nor have we received an instruction to cancel the policy.
