How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

No response to requests for their errors to be corrected

I find the prices execellent and the staff were easy to deal with. The only downside is trying to get hold of them is a nightmare as long as you don’t mind sitting on hold for at least 10 mins each...
