Could do better!

Their renewal price was higher than last year and it wasn't easy to see how well they compared to other providers. But when I went in to a search engine, they come up with a discount for first time...

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We don't like making amendments to premiums unless absolutely necessary. Every premium is subject to an annual review; they can go up, down or stay the same. Sometimes we have introductory discounts that are available to new customers, but they have less cover than a renewal policy.
