Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I ask for DD to come out on the 1st of the month, I was will to pay first payment by debit card but no option to do that, first payment came out randomly half way through the month leaving me short...

We can see your policy has a regular payment date of 1st of each month, however, we make it clear within the application of insurance that the first payment will be collected within 10 working days of the start date. Only telling the truth, companies need good reviews when they do a good job not just bad ones when they drop the ball... we are a disabled family living on benefits and all other quotes were way too expensive you guys made it cheap and painless and covered in minutes.
