I am truly sorry to read your comments. If you contact our customer service department, then we will be happy to talk through this complaint and arrange for replacements of the damaged items. This would have happened whilst in transit and it is very hard to control third party couriers, and this can result in a bad experience. We would be happy to discuss this further and investigate this query.
