Poor customer service
Very poor customer service. No communication about delays. I had to ask for updates before suddenly the bulbs arrived the next day. Would have been quicker to go to a nursery. Very disappointed

I am sorry if you have had a bad experience with us. I can see we have been communicating via email and apologised for any inconvenience caused with the order. The outstanding item on your order was cancelled and refunded as requested. The data erasure request was noted and a colleague of mine had already started the process of deleting your details. This has now been fully completed and you should stop receiving any of our emails. I do apologise again for any inconvenience.

Quantity over quality.
Wildly inaccurate information on stock levels and shipping times. Zero communication, even in response to a complaint and request to cancel an order.

It appears that the delivery status on your emailed confirmation was incorrect so I do apologise. I am unable see any communication from yourself regarding a complaint or request to cancel the order. If this was the case we would have responded accordingly.

I submitted the cancellation request via your online contact form on or around 22 September, completing all of the required fields. This form (https://www.suttons.co.uk/contact-us/) provides 'Cancellation' as an option in the Subject drop-down menu and can therefore reasonably be taken as an appropriate mechanism for making a cancellation request. If the form does not function properly, it is not fit for purpose and should be fixed or removed from the site.

I was OK with the situation not complaining. This was for your information to help you. The mail service here is pretty bad which I think was the main problem ie the time you notified me of dispatch till the time of arrival

Winter plugs arrived late. My last of 7 trays arrived 11th october. Ridiculously late. Will never use suttons again. Didn't seem bothered when I emailed them to say how disappointed they are.
