I am sorry if your order was despatched later than expected. It does appear there was an error with the despatch date on your emailed confirmation. I do apologise for any disappointment.

I am sorry if you have had a bad experience with us. I can see we have been communicating via email and apologised for any inconvenience caused with the order. The outstanding item on your order was cancelled and refunded as requested. The data erasure request was noted and a colleague of mine had already started the process of deleting your details. This has now been fully completed and you should stop receiving any of our emails. I do apologise again for any inconvenience.

As the order has not been sent yet I have cancelled the replacement Bulbs and issued the appropriate refund to your payment method.

The vast majority of the thousands of orders we send out every week arrive in good time and in perfect condition, apologies that wasn't the case with your order. I do apologise for the late arrival of your plants. According to our tracking information they were all despatched on the 22nd September so may have been held up in the postal system. I will email you directly to respond fully.
