Sorry you are not correct, it was not ‘slightly different’ it was wrong in that I ordered a shrub described as Red Star and the specimen sent was not. You did provide me with a refund and did not collect the plant sent which I have disposed of. I can accept that errors do happen but do not accept that not fulfilling an order can be described as ‘slightly different’. You are better than that.

We have found that most customers prefer this to the disappointment of receiving nothing at all. The substitutes are carefully chosen to be as similar as possible to the original item and we apologise if this was not up to standard on this occasion. We have arranged a full refund of the Longor. Our carriage charges are detailed on our web site. Packet seed only will incur a carriage charge of £2.99. All other products incur a carriage charge of £4.99. Perhaps sending dead plugs out? Bought a set along with a gardening knife.
Knife fine. Plugs DOA, I complained they sent more. 2 survived, again most dead, black and shrivelled on arrival.
