Dear Sarah, we appreciate your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our customer service, while we were just doing our best to please you as a customer.
Your order contained 3 light fittings that you were not required; we noticed that those items did not fit to the rest of your order, we immediately informed you and, with your confirmation, we took them off the order and refunded them to your card.
As you have noted, you requested an extra feature that we don't provide yet - delivering "part of the order now and the rest later"; however, even though we said NO initially, we made an exception and sent you everything we had in stock, with the remaining items to follow up in a second delivery. At the time, you were happy with this, so were surprised to read your feedback.
As for the different finish for the item, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience; in this case, even though you informed us regarding colour difference more than 2 weeks after receiving the items, we have provided you a returns number for a full refund, as agreed via email. We never knowingly send out items of a different finish in a box that says otherwise, and we are happy to refund when such a mistake is made. We hope this clear this situation.
