Wrong item sent, when tried to replace was told that their operatives do not make a mistake when picking orders!!
I had to order the missing item again and therefore paid twice for it.

As per our email and phone conversation, we made sure we sent you the correct items and then notify you of the delivery time; however, it is your duty to check and make sure the items you receive arrive on time and are the correct ones, and then notify us of any problem in the timeframe specified. If you notify us in time, we will immediately send out a replacement for any incorrect items. Also, as per our phone conversation, you agreed with this and were OK to reorder these items. Our online orders dept. is ready to help and assist with any queries you may have.
